- Your apartment can be optionally furnished for free, including a bed, dresser, table, lamp, and a chair.
- All utilities (heat, electricity, water and garbage) are included.
- Each kitchen has newer appliances.
- Free off-street parking is accented with mature trees.
- All apartments are non-smoking and there is a no-pet policy.
- Vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, irons, ironing boards, and other cleaning items are available to all residents for free use during office hours.
The management office is on-site with a friendly team always available to assist you. Someone is on call, day or night.
The Fillmore Inn Apartments is well managed and has an attractive appearance from the street, a feeling of home in a park-like setting.
